Old Navy at Tanger in Riverhead. You can check their website to see if you can get them at all stores or online.

We have the same one! 
IT is the only longsleeved black shirt I've seen. Have you tried the department stores?

Dennys - they sell American Apparel shirts called Classic Baby for kids - they are great and I believe about $12 each.

I looked EVERYWHERE for that same item because I wanted it for his Halloween costume. I couldn't even find one online in that size. But then I went to Target and they had long sleeved black t-shirts in infant sizes - so cheap - I was psyched!!
