Black to a baby shower?
I have a baby shower at 11 on October 24. Kicker is I also have an engagement party to go to that evening at 5, and bc of locations I'll have very little time between them.
Is a 3/4 sleeve black dress ok to wear? It's a cotton dress and I would wear it with heels for the shower and flats for the eparty, which is outdoors

Totally fine. Color it up with shoes and/or jewelry.

Re: Black to a baby shower?
of COURSE In my head there are two 'inappropriate ocassion colors' 1. White to a WEDDING (this does not include the shower, engagement party, bachelorette party or any of other 50 newly founded weddinf related ocassions) 2. Red, or anything obnoxiously bright and loud to a wake/funeral
Everything else is fair game
