Blackberry issue - not getting emails
anyone ever had this issue
I have 2 email addresses on my crackberry
my work one is working
my personal one - hot mail is not
any ideas?

try logging in to your BIS site and resending the service books.

how does that happen?

What is the BIS site and how do you get there? I am havng the same issue with one of my emails

the email settings on your blackberry
it's a globe with an envelope
when you open it - you will see all your email addresses

click on your email settings....
click service books
click send service books
that should do it

The other way to do it is to go to Options --> Advanced Options--> Host Routing Table, hit the menu key, select "register now" that will reset your connection to the local towers.

i haven't had much luck with that! I know the techs tell you to do that before sending service books, but eh...the service books have worked every time for me!
