Blame
Do you take the blame in bad situations or do you like to distribute it evenly? I usually take partial blame in situations but if its something that will make me look really bad, I might want alot of sharing in the blame to CMA.

well, if it's my fault yes I will take the blame no matter what sitch. But if it's not my fault and I didn't cause any problems I will not take blame. Why should I? Just to make other feel better about themselves?

I HATE HATE HATE when co-workers try to blame me for things. I get such a high off of proving them wrong
