Hi Ang. this happened to me a year ago -almost to the exact date (about 10 days off) I had an internal and pap and also a sono and they saw nothing & an irregular shape sac. I bled the next day after standing and I thought that was it. One year later I have my little angel sound asleep in her crib.
The same thing happened to me after my pap/sono - doctor said it is completely normal to bleed after it for up to 24 hours - I wouldn't worry! My spotting went away in about 8 hours, and I haven't had any since (over a week ago).
Like I need something else to add on to this... lol
Last night i had the worst stomach pains... i was nauseous i threw up twice... i took a tylenol at midnight and was able to finally fall asleep... (i am pretty sure the stomach pains were because of constipation) for 6 hours i was in pain....
and i noticed some spotting this morning when i went to daune reade to get a stool softener...
its not brown like it was before its more of a dark red... ugh this sucks so bad...
i am going to call the doctor in 10 minutes to see what they recommend
