Yeah, the woman who is usually at the reception desk is not the friendliest.

I moved DS out of a practice in Bayside bc I hated the staff so much. bunch of young girls in la la land who make you wait while they are on personal calls, don't give docs messages etc. I love my new PED office now 10 times better

My peds office has a good front desk, but I had a similar problem with my OBGYN group. I really liked the doctors there, otherwise there is no way I would have used them for 2 pgs.... those front desk girls were the worst.

Yep. I love the doctors though, so I just don't think about it too much.
