Blinds help (loads of questions)

So, I got our tax refund in and I'm planning on orders blinds for 3 rooms in our house. Here is my questions:

I'm going to order the made-to-measure cordless fabric blinds from JCPenneys. Anyone use them? They have the best prices by far and I'm a big penney's fan generally. I've never done anything custom through them before though.

Colors: 1 room is yellow, 1 is green & 1 is tan. I want something light and airing. Would you go with cream or linen? I don't want a dark colors due to it showing the dust & possibly making the room too dark.

Cordless: never used them. Are they easy to use?

Assembly: Installing them youselves? Again, generally easy?

Thanks so much!

Re: Blinds help (loads of questions)

We ordered the cordless celluar shades from JCP and have had them for 2.5 years. They are really easy to install. They are standing up pretty well so far. You just can't push them up too quick. At least that is what I have found with ours.

What is the difference between cream & linen? We have white in all the rooms except for our bedroom, we have cream. I love both. They let enough light in when down and also keep enough light out when down. Chat Icon But if you want to sleep late we need to pull our curtains closed. Chat Icon
