how long for it to subside? for the last two weeks i had been eating alot of fiber every day (fiber one english muffins, fiber one bars and pears) and had been noticing i was extremely gassy and bloated. my stomach was distended and hard as a rock. i didnt go to ww last thursday bc i knew i would have been up weight due to this bloating, despite having stuck to my points that week. also, i had my period which i guess didnt help. so i sucked it up and went friday and i had a 2.6 gain. it felt awful. so since friday ive been trying to eat less fiber and drink boatloads of water but i still feel bloated and my pants are still tight. what gives? how long til the bloating goes away? aunt flo is officially gone tomorrow
