Block Party Menu?
Ideas please- for appetizers, i think i have the main menu down:
Burgers
Hot Dogs
London Broil
3ft hero
Pot/mac salad
regular salad

it will probably be hot...u can do grilled pineapple,
a fruit platter...or fruit kebobs
a veggie platter---
just get apps from costcos...
taco dip---
(I have a awesome one) its from epicurious.com its called beth's taco dip
chicken or steak kebobs
spinach dip
cheese platter with grapes and crackers...
hawaiian meatballs...
depends on how nuts u want to get
a antipasto platter
fresh mozzarella and tomato with balsamic
or heres a awesome one--
gut tomatoes---fill with pesto and top with fresh mozz and grill

nachos w/ salsa, guac, sour cream, cheese & olives
or the 7 layer mexican dip
ps...where do you live? I always wanted to live in a town that held block parties

angela - BJs has tons of pre-made stuff and its cheap. I'd go there. You can borrow my membership card if you want.
