Blood in 2nd trimester?
i just went to the bathroom and found a few spots of blood. i'm 23 weeks. is this normal?!  could it be that i was just babysitting a toddler and picked him up to hold him.
i'm really worry...should i call the doctor?

I would call the doctor but if it was just a few spots, i am sure it was nothing. I would try to avoid lifting heavy things in the future, but I doubt you did any harm by lifting a toddler.....
