Blood in uterus
My friend had 2 m/c in a row in the fall and now she is pregnant again so they gave her prog and and a sono at 5w6d. They could not see the baby but they saw the sac and some blood in the uterus but not near the sac. Is that just the old blood osme of us spot? Has anyone had this? Do you think this is a bad sign? I am trying to be reassuring but I am really worried for her.

Re: Blood in uterus
No advice either. I know you want to reassure her but I would be there just to listen too. I've seen people all too often say "You'll be fine." only to hear the person wasn't fine.

Re: Blood in uterus
A friend of mine had that and they checked for the blood sac at each visit. It ended up going away by the third month

Re: Blood in uterus
I think they call this a subchorionic hemmorhage? Seems that they resolve themselves lots of times. Its good that its not near the sack

Re: Blood in uterus
My friend had that and they told her the baby had a 50/50 shot. But she ended up passing the blood, and the baby was fine.
