Blue rooms anyone?
If you have pics, can you share with me, with color and brand?
I am having the HARDEST time picking out a blue for our Master bedroom. i guess cuz it's a different color scheme for me, but i really want to be brave
I want something bluish green or gray, nothing that looks like a kids room ya know?
TIA if anyone has examples!!!

Re: Blue rooms anyone?
We just did two blue rooms.... One is like a baby blue - that's the laundry/utility room...not what you're looking for... The other is in our main bath...it's got a grayish tint to it... it's Behr...not sure of the name right now, but I'll check for you.
ETA: I "think" skew has an AWESOME bluish/grayish color in her bedroom...let me see if I can find the pics...
Nope...it's lululu's Check this link...http://lifamilies.com/chat/topic.aspx?ID=98622

Re: Blue rooms anyone?
I had a blue in my master and it was soooooooo the wrong color - but it was such a PIA to paint over that we kept if for a few months (thank god it's long gone now) I wanted to go for the whole blue/brown look - a nice warm inviting room and it was just a disaster.
I think it was called Margerita Blue by Benjamin Moore --- WARNING --- Stay far far away.

We used BM's Philipsburg Blue in our office room (it's also a Pottery Barn color) and BM's Oxford Gray in the basement -I especially love the Oxford Gray- it's a bluish gray.

I don't have a picture because I haven't taken them yet but we just redid our den and we did three walls in wedgewood gray and one wall in hale navy. They are 2 pottery barn colors--I love the way they look together.

Re: Blue rooms anyone?
I used Behr Light French Gray with a chocolate brown accent wall because I did not want it to look like a little boys room. The pics do it no justice, I think it really came out nice. Don't mind the furniture, we have to get new stuff. Image Attachment(s):

The brown wall is a GREAT idea, I may have to steal that if I can convince DH!
