BOA no fee mortgage plus loan
Does this move quicker than a regular morgage being that they don't need to verify income?

No. I've been wating close to a month, and it requires that I leave bitchy messages on my processors voicemail in order to get a return call faster than a week.
However, I would like to believe this is not the norm and I am dealing with an incompetent idiot. Up until her, everything went very smoothly.

No, it takes just as long...we had sent in all our paperwork b4 we even signed the contract & yet we still had to wait.
Also, we were sort of mislead, be sure to get your own title insurance, they led us to believe they handle it & that wasn't the case & made us lose 2 weeks.

They did not ask to confirm our employment or savings. I honestly didnt even think twice about it.

We used them for our mortgage and it was a very slow moving process, took us almost the full 45 days to close. It was kinda frustrating because you talk to someone different everytime you call (even though you have a designated agent, i don't think i ever spoke to her). However, anytime i called, they were helpful and once we got a closing date it was smooth sailing. We got an incredible deal with all those fees being taken care of.

I am not sure about the no fee mortgage plus loan, but my DH and I had a terrible experience with BOA. We were looking for lenders and it took them FOREVER to call us back, wouldn't give us $$ numbers when we asked what our monthly mortgage would look like, wouldn't give us an idea of mortgage rates, and was trying to get us to get an ADJUSTABLE rate. Needless to say, we went another way.
