Mortgage plus bills
These mortgage calculators estimate appr how much your mortgage will be but I want to know appr how much more to add on when I include taxes, insurance, gas, electric, water, etc...

Our taxes & insurance add ~$700/month to our payment ($7500 in taxes and $900 insurance).
utility bills will vary based on your usage and the size of your house.
Water is cheap - like $30 every 3 months
I think our LIPA bill is in the $175 range, and oil varies but maybe $200/month (in the winter - MUCH less in the summer)
