Bologna & cheese
Okay, I know this has been talked about before but I am dying for a bologna and cheese sandwich. I do not like heated cold cuts at all.
Is it really harmful to eat cold cuts? Everything in moderation, that I know, but is it possible this day in age to get contamination from oscar meyer?

I would eat it, but that's just me. I have eaten turkey sandwiches without heating. Everything in moderation, just as long as you don't eat it daily.

I thinnk you shouldn't eat bologna for the nitrates (like hot dogs).

I ate a bologna sandwich every week and I also ate hotdogs. Nothing happened to me or little Jared. Make sure you get your coldcuts from a clean place.

I was told anything in moderation is fine.
Just make sure you buy it from a trusted store where you know they are clean!

That is exactly what I was told.
My only problem is that cold cuts is what I ate all the time

in moderation you are fine!!! Its funny when i think about what our mothers did and ate when they were pregnant with us and we are all fine ...i think everything is a little over board these days

My son was fine and the only thing I craved horrifically was dirty water dogs.. Living out east it was hard-- so I settled for the guy across from the riverhead Jail!!! LOL... Go for it!!! I believe that if your body is craving it, there is something it needs... Even Bologna!!!!
