I dip them in a bread crumb/parmesan cheese mix and saute them in a little butter and olive oil. Comes out great. I use the thin cut ones.

Re: Boneless pork chops
i have a great recipe
a can of sliced white potatoes a jar or cherry peppers or banana peppers
saute the chops in a frying pan in butter& oil. when the 1st side is done flip & add the potatoes & the peppers. ( with the juice) cook thru & serve with rice ... I dont normally care for spicy hot food , but in this case i love it

Re: Boneless pork chops
Season with garlic powder, onion powder., Grillmates chicken rub, brown on both sides in some olive oil. Add about 2 cans of cream of whatever soup you like- I use the healthy request type, add 1/2 can milk to each empty can you use, Cook with pan cover on about 35-40 minutes or until cooked thru.
