boot camp classes

Just passing this along

I just took one this weekend at eisenhauer park. this guy put flyer around our neighborhood he does boot camp 1 hour class for $10 starting at 8am. its a pretty good class he mixes up cardio and strength training.

I do a boot camp in Deer Park and I love the trainer. He is actually coming to my work to do it, since we signed up quite a few people. He also says he is working on moving his "gym" to huntington (Park and Pulaski) which would be awesome for me.

If anyone is interested in doing it in Syosset on Tuesdays 3:50-4:50 (he usually goes over the hour though), let me know, we are starting this Tuesday coming up.
