What did everyone register for? Have you heard one is better than the other?

Re: Boppy or Brest Friend???

I was just watching A Baby Story AGAIN and saw that she had one and it looked much more accommodating, the sides went all the way around to her sides so I thought it might be-thanks!

Re: Boppy or Brest Friend???

Most of my BTDT mom friends swear by the Brest Friend so that is what I went with too.

Re: Boppy or Brest Friend???

At a BRU class on Breastfeeding, they were recommending the brest friend. It looked easier. I have the boppy but it was on SUPER clearance and I would always use it for tummy time, etc...

I will probably get the brest friend one for breastfeeding.

Re: Boppy or Brest Friend???

I am not breast feeding and I bought a boppy. I've heard they have many other uses and I felt it was worth the money to get one.

I had it on my registry, but no one bought it for me.

I didn't think the boppy was great for BF. If I blessed with #2 I am going to try the other one.

My best friend just had her second child on 4/12 and she and I were talking about this today. She has both and she says Brest Friend is much more comfortable and doesn't slide down like a Bobby can.

Re: Boppy or Brest Friend???

I love my boppy for breastfeeding so comfy!

I used it soo much. I used for feeding, propping her up, putting the boppy around her while she was learning to sit on her own.

now she just lays and chills on it.

I used both. If it's an either/or situation - hands down the boppy has more used.

The Breast Friend is only for nursing.

Boppy can be used for:
nursing
propping baby for photos
keeping a stuffy baby's head elevated
for the baby learning how to sit up

...and from my friend...if you have hemorroids after pushing.Chat Icon

I had both -- they serve different purposes and are both helpful.
