Border in nursery: mid level or high?

Originally we were going to do a border mid level, then I noticed the way they have it set up in pic's online are much higher, what do you girls think with these two themes...we don't know if its a boy or girl, so waiting to buy bedding after baby is born..btw we have sage green walls. Thanks!

If you're going to do high wainscotting type mouldings like the pic, they I'd put it there ..........but if it's just the plain painted walls, I'd put it on the ceiling

i personally would put it higher than the baby could reach when standing in the crib.... they can peel it off - especially when a humidifier is running..

my brother, when he was a baby was put down for a nap...humidifier on. My mom noticed it was AWFULLY quiet and went in to check on him and he had taken down 1/2 the wall of wallpaper...

i was at a friends' house recently and her son had taken down the border next to his bed...

My son loved to rip apart the mid level wallpaper border we put up. I would not recommend it.

I say since the room is all the same color, to put the border up high.

We have it mid level, but that's because I have two colors, sage on the bottom and pink on top.

"They" say that you should put it mid-level or else the baby can't see it. If you are putting it up high, you're really putting it up there for adults to see. I have Marron's mid-level -- right about at the top of where her crib rail was and she never pulled at it or ripped it off. I would never even have thought of them doing that.

Not really a border fan so I voted no border Chat Icon I think you have more versatility to change if you want. I'd do a white chair rail.
