Bought a Nikon D60....
I've been wanting it forever!
Now, who wants to give me some pointers on how to really use this bad boy?!

Yippee!! It's such a great camera! Make sure to read the manual and did yours come with a cd-rom that gives you tips and stuff? I found that thing very helpful. Do you have any specific questions?

Awesome! I have the same one. Make sure you take advantage of the VR switch on the lens... I've noticed a difference.
Oh and get a filter for the lens to protect it. Good luck!

I've started to browse the manual mostly to get an idea of what each button is. I will definitely use the CD that it came with to get a better feel.
I'm so excited! I lugged it to work today so that I can go out on my lunch break and snap some shots around Midtown!
