Bra and underwear size
How much of a weight loss would your size change?
I know we can probably wear the wrong size for eons and never think about it but I noticed my smaller sized panties fit me again and my bra seems a buit looser.
Not going to change that right away since I just bought 6 new bras.

Re: Bra and underwear size
I was very overweight and it took me a good 20-30lbs to really feel like I needed to buy new bras and panties. My old underwear was practically falling off by the time I lost 30lbs and it was just uncomfortable.
My bras I was able to keep making them tighter until finally around the 25/30lb mark when they were still too loose and I went out and bought new ones.
Once I hit the 50lb mark I bought a couple more bras that fit a little better.

So I'm about 20 lbs down and my panties feel big but the size down feels right.
My bras I put on the tightest hook. I have my straps almost as tight as they go. I guess once I can't tighten them anymore I will have to buy new ones.

Re: Bra and underwear size
I lost 60lbs and went from a 36C to a 34/32AA.
Then again my boobs were the first place I lost the weight

UGH! That is a concern of mine. I'm 38D now just out of the DD range but I'm sure I will be a 36 soon. I am fine with a C cup but I had these puppies reduced years ago. The thought of getting implants makes me feel like I did that for nothing. And I was thinner then. Go figure. I guess your body changes over the years.
Now tummy tuck sounds great!

Re: Bra and underwear size
When I lost 30 lbs a while back, I went from a 38DDD to a 34 DDD. I'm trying to lose 30 more, and I hope I can get down to a 34 D. I am so sick of my boobs and how they make it so that I can't fit into dresses. It's the main reason I'm trying to lose more weight.

Re: Bra and underwear size
I'm avoiding it too. I'm down 35 pounds and the change is noticeable but I don't feel like I need to change yet.
My cups have wrinkles in them though, because of the extra room. I was pushing it at my heaviest and it was painful to wear these bras, so I think that's why I haven't had to change yet.
I'll probably wait another 20 pounds or until they start shifting on me as I move!

Re: Bra and underwear size
i lost about 10-12 lbs this past year and went from a 34c, almost a size 6, so a 32a or b, and a small size 2.
