I dont think he said anything bad. I think he answered honestly. We dont know what type of questions the interviewer asked. However through the years I think if one looked closely-he and Jenn looked more like friends than passionate spouses.
Personally I find Jenn to be bland, uninteresting. Angie is/was a wildchild who I think gives him the excitement but also the family life he craved that Jenn wouldnt give him.

He wasn't saying anything bad about her... he wasn't happy in their marriage and he's saying he was pretending to himself that he was happy.
agree. he said nothing bad about aniston. he did however express how lost he felt back then.

Yep, exactly. B/c, the reality is, "Angie" is CRAZY and everyone knows it -- so he needs to gush on and on about how smart and great she is and what a wonderful mom she is -- anything to take the attention off of the fact that she is a LUNATIC. And seriously, YAWN Brad - you are so boring.

2) Angelina Jolie's PR people are genius because they made that crazy ***** look like an angel. She's still batshit.
3) I read blind items about him and Jen saying the reason he rushed to marry her is because she wouldn't sleep with him till they were married. Who knows if it's true but it's interesting.
4) He was only hot in Fight Club.
5) I imagine that his marriage is a little ****** up.
6) Interviewers ALWAYS ask Aniston about being married to Brad. Always. They like to make them talk about each other.
7) No one really gives a **** about that long ended marriage, do they?

I agree with 1, 2, 4 (although I liked him in the Ocean movies too), 5 & 6. Regarding 7 - I have seen threads similar to this one on three other websites so there's still some curiosity.

The difference is on a realationship board not everyone knows the person being talked about and also that person doesn't have to read about it.
These people are famous it was made very clear that Jen was really hurt when he cheated on her and left her for Angelina. There is NO reason to publicly announce that he basically left her because she bored him and Angelina was more exciting.

I don't think he said anything WRONG really and I'm sure Jen is somewhere in bed with Justin Thoreaux having a good chuckle about all of this. But it seems so forced and contrived like who is he really trying to convince? It almost reminds me of Tom Cruise couch jumping on Oprah. He's laying it on really thick.

It's not that there's anything wrong with what he said, it's the fact that everybody knows them and if I were Jen I wouldn't want things about our marriage or our breakup to be revealed. If my husband and I divorced, I wouldn't want the world to know how unhappily bored he was, I would prefer that nobody really know what went on in our marriage.

Yeah but it was an interview...and he said he didn't like who HE was then...NOTHING about her, KWIM? I think if it were vice versa, no one would be bashing Jen Aniston about the comments
