I believe she should get what she deserves. I am so sick of hearing about celebrities who get off from crimes with a slap on the wrist JUST because they're famous. If that had been ANY "norma"l person, they'd be doing time.
Just like Rebecca Gayheart  She killed that little boy and nothing happened to her!
It disgusts me.

Yes, I do. Usually the family isn't really suing the person, but the insurance company. Think about it - what happens if you've just lost a primary breadwinner in your family? What if you just lost your wife who is a SAHM? How will you cover expenses, take care of your children, etc? That's why we have insurance - to cover people during these kind of traumatic events so that they don't have to worry about financials...
