Braxton Hicks - is it normal this early??

I am almost 32 weeks and feel like I have been getting them all day! They don't hurt, but my belly gets so tight I swear you could bounce something off of it!

Did anyone else get them this early?

I've been getting them for a few weeks already and I'm only 30 weeks. I asked my dr. and he said normal as long as they are not frequent and don't last long.

yup, totally normal as long as you're not having more than 4-6 an hour. if you are having more than that, call your doc.

Re: Braxton Hicks - is it normal this early??

thanks everyone! I called my doctor - he said totally normal at this point, plus I am probably dehydrated from dealing with the heat all day. He wants me to start tracking the BH and my fluid intake - he said in this weather - 12 cups Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon . Wouldn't be so bad, except I teach, so I can't always run out to go to the bathroom.
