Braxton Hicks @ 21 weeks?
What do they feel like? How does it differ from the baby moving? Is it supposed to happen this early? Could it be prevented?

I had them very early - like 18 weeks - the dr. did a sono to check my cervix to make sure it wasn't thinning. It feels like a tightening feeling and I felt my stomach "drop" (like when you are on a rollercoaster going down). It didn't feel similar to the baby moving at all for me.
One reason for cramping/contractions is dehydration so make sure you are drinking a lot of water!
