Brazilian keratin treatment and iui
I haven't seen much on the web that has given me a clear answer. I want to do the Brazilian keratin treatment but my concern is I will be going for my iui around thanksgiving. Do you think or has anyone been told by their doctor that it's not a good idea?
TIA

Live your life as you normally would until you get your BFP. That being said, straightening is a lot of chemicals and I'd probably skip it at this point.

I chose to skip it when we were getting ready to do an FET bc the chemicals stay in your hair for at least a couple of months & when I did it previously every time I blow dried my hair it would irritate my nose & throat so didn't want to chance breathing in those chemicals while pregnant

Nothing u do before 6 weeks would cross the blood barrier. I am a stykist and chose not to do them in clients when I was preggo but not before I knew for sure. Make sure room is well ventilated.
