Anyone make their own bread and use a bread machine? I make almost everything from scratch but haven't explored making breads yet (white, whole wheat, artisan, Italian...). I thought maybe a bread machine would be an easy way to make homemade bread. Between working FT, having young children and cooking/baking almost everything from scratch, I need a couple of ways to cut corners while still controlling the quality of our food.
