bread maker / machine
anyone have one? if so, do you use it?
i just got the urge (cold weather?) to try one...

i make my bread by hand. it's so much fun to beat on your dough... get out your frustrations lol... it's a bit of a workout, too.
i know a lot of people who use their bread machine only for mixing and kneading, then they put the dough in the oven to bake... they tend not to like the shape the machines give.
i hope you find what you're looking for, but in the meantime, give hand-kneading a try... you might like it... i know i do

Another vote for hand-making the bread. I actually find it kind of relaxing/therapeutic to knead the dough, I never wanted a bread machine just because I love the whole process of doing it by hand. Definitely give it a try by hand before investing in a machine!!!
