breaded chicken cutlets
Husband only like breaded chickem cutlets....i usually dip them in egg...is there anything else besides egg I can dip it in??

I like to dip in balsamic vinaigrette then breadcrumbs or dijon mustard then breadcrumbs then bake.

Honey mustard and then bread them w/ 1/2 ground pretzels and 1/2 breadcrumbs. DS (4) LOVES "Pretzel chicken".
You can also use dijon mustard, italian dressing, qqb sauce, duck sauce.
There is a recipe on Helman's mayo's website that has mayo and parm cheese/breadcrumbs.
Not sure why you want to elminate the egg.

wanted to eliminate the egg just because I was bored lol...I did it with bbq sauce instead and hubby loved it

I always use light buttermilk. Everything sticks better and I find it gets crispier.

I always add a tiny bit of light cream to my egg mixture and I add grated romano cheese to my bread crumbs. I also fry in olive oil infused with garlic paste.
