breaded chicken question
stupid question, but if I am breading (breadcrumbs and such) chicken, can I do it before I bake it and keep it in the fridge for a few hours?

Yes, it should actually make the breading stick to the chicken better.

I agree. I let mine sit for at least 20 min after breading for that exact reason.
