Break through bleeding, maybe TMI

I am taking loestrin 24 and have had any break through bleeding until today :( in a couple of weeks I am having a laposcopy to remove scar tissue and possible my right ovary. I am two weeks from getting my normal period, this morning I woke with craps, bleeding and lots of clots, so my question is normal, or should I call my Dr? I have been through a lot of stress the past couple weeks which got worse on Sunday, so thinking maybe the stress brought on my period.. Thanks

idk if the bleeding is normal, but there's no harm in going into the doctor for a quick check up.
