Breast Changes
How often throughout your pregnancy have they changed? Mine definitely swelled up the first couple of months, but now at 13 weeks, it seems like they are done. I was fairly small chested to begin with (34B), and I'm still wearing the same bra. All the books I read talk about how I should be needing a new bra, etc etc. I'm assuming that they will change some more at some later point right 
Sorry if this seems like a weird question.

The books are only a guide. every person and every pregnancy is different- u can't compare your boob growth to someone else's.

I remained a 34B for my entire pregnancy and now that I am nursing I went up to a C.  Not everyone gets big boobs, although I did want them!

Mine haven't grown at all... maybe half a cup size total, and I'm 37 weeks! They definitely look kinda different... like darker, more veiny, but I never experienced any pain (except one day I felt a shooting pain that lasted only a few seconds in each, but in the course of the pregnancy, that's nothing!).
It's just your body and how it prepares. I haven't leaked at all either and I understand a lot of women do way before now. My doctor said not to worry and I'll still be able to BF fine. I hope he's right!

my boobs look like balloonss..
granted the size of mine do fluctuate a little when i am more in shape and at my lower end weight wise they tend to shrink a little, but overal they are pretty big 34D now they are like balloons, sometimes it looks like i have implants cuz they are rock hard and dont move (which is kinda nice but if they were a lot smaller)
i havent gotten new bra's yet, but im totally buldging out of them, i have a few bras that are a 36D so thats what ive been wearing and they seem to be better fitting...
im praying they dont get any bigger than what they are now!
be thankful your boobs havent changed much!! i wish mine didnt!

Everyone is different.
When I was pregnant with my twins, my boobs didn't change at all. They got slightly bigger when my milk came in. When I stopped nursing, they went back to their pre-pregnancy size.
With this pregnancy, I have already surpassed where I was when I was breastfeeding. I've had to buy new bras twice already. I'm almost 29 weeks now.

Agreed. Mine changed only a little and maybe only got bigger by a half of a cup size!!!!

Mine were already a 34D, and went up two cup sizes. I am praying to the boob gods that they don't get much bigger when I start BFing.

mine grew right away and got veiny - i guess maybe bc the skin stretched a little so you could really start seeing my veins  i could still fit in my bra though but am popping out - i was a 32b but a small b and now i fill the b - even still after the loss...my pregnancy lasted 9 weeks...i'm wondering when they'll deflate? my stomach finally went down this week and i'm just about back to my pre-pregnancy weight so i don't know - but mine started changing almost immediately...
