breastfeeding and a terrible cold help
do u girls take anything? i looked on kellymom.com but it doesnt have much.
i want to rid of this cold and dont want ds getting it again he is just getting over it, my head is pounding and im all stuffed up?
any help??

When I had a cold, I pretty much sucked it up. I *think* I took some Robitussin (the plain one) after I checked with the ped. I also steamed my face a lot and used a saline spray to help. I also drank tea with lemon and honey. Feel better!

I had a cold once while bfing and didn't take anything (but i'm not really a medicine taker). I went to the dr. to make sure it wasn't strep and just took lots of vitamin C, drank hot tea and rested. It actually helps if you can get out of the house for a walk too (if it's nice out).
