Breastfeeding and food question
I just realized that I had 1/4 can of tuna for lunch and just had cooked sushi for dinner. Should I pump and dump for the rest of the night? Thanks!

The only time I would pump and dump would be if I got drunk (and I wouldn't do that knowing that I am BFing).

as far as I knew, fish consumption and BF is the same as when you were preggo.
ETA: except that you can eat sushi

You do not need to pump and dump, I just would be mindful to the amount of tuna you eat in a month. You don't want to have it too often, but twice in a day is not much!

I wouldn't pump and dump. When I was BFing, I just limited the amount of tuna I ate (wouldn't eat tuna sushi- but all the other kinds LOL)
