While I was breastfeeding I ate mainly Kitkats and Vimto (a mixed fruit drink) and my baby is a whopper!!! Image Attachment(s):

a normal diet like a prego but with added bonuses like alcohol and caffiene

I eat basically anything I want and make sure to take my prenatals.
