Breech?
I am 25 weeks and my baby is still breech. They haven't been able to tell the sex even after a few tries. Just figured I would stick a quick post to see if anyone else went through this and to see what your final outcome was for birth.
You girls are the BEST!

Re: Breech?
25 weeks is still early, theres plenty of time for the baby to switch. My midwife didn't start checking to see if his head was down until I was 34 weeks

Re: Breech?
i think it really isn't a concern until 35-37 weeks.....then they can try and move the baby manually if he/she cooperates...apparently, we found out when we switched drs that ours had been breech at 20 weeks but no one ever told us! don't worry yet - your bean might flip!!!

Re: Breech?
My DS was breech at 32 weeks and he managed to flip sometime between then and 40 weeks. Like a previous poster stated there is plenty of time and there is no concern until week 37-38 or so.

Re: Breech?
Thanks a bunch! I am not worried about it too much right now - I am more just curious to see what your experiences were. I am sure this baby will flip in time - no worries

Re: Breech?
I had the opposite experience. Ava was head down for ages, then at 37.5 weeks, she flipped to breech, fattened up and stayed there so I ended up with a c-section. I swear, to this day, she rotates in her crib. I put her head facing north in the crib and she wakes up with it south. I always say she has JT's sense of direction

Re: Breech?
Katie...I was told the same EXACT thing and I think we are due around the same time. Me personally, looking back on it...I think its stupid to have even been told to us bc from now until birth the babies can move quite a bit i am sure. BUT I should stop jinxing myself and shut my mouth before I end up with a C-section! praying for a flip for us!

Re: Breech?
I wouldn't worry about that this early. Most babies move around a lot during this time.
