Brianna went to the Dr today ....when did your DC start cereal??
she got 2 shots
she was laughing and cooing and then she got a shot and cried and then another in the other leg
we dont go back for 6 weeks so she will be 4 1/2 mths then so Dr said if I want to start cereal at 4 mths I can
so I told her DD is still only at 4 oz so Dr said that when DD is drinking 7-8 oz and still isnt satisfied thats when I start food.....I feel like that will never happen.
how old was your DC when they started cereal??

Sorry to hear about the shots...
Michael's ped. told me between 4-6 months. She said to start at 4 months if his formula was not satisfying him. Michael was doing well and still sleeping through the night, so we waited. He was just shy of 6 months old.

Gillian started at 3 months 1 week. She loves it! I tried the fruits/veg...I think its too gassy for her right now.
P.S. the shots stink...I hate holding Gillian down

My ped said 4 months too. We'll likely start cereal right at the 4 month mark if not a little before. She's already sucking down between 6-8 oz and she just turned 3 months.

He started tasting at 5.5 months, really eating at 6 months. h never really got to where formula didn't satisfy him though...which I thought was weird, but anyway he loves his food now!

Charlie has never taken more then 5oz bottles and my Dr. started him on cereal at 4 months. Then veggies 2 weeks later and fruit 2 weeks after that.

We started at 4 months - then fruits and veggies at 5 months.
DD still only takes 6 oz at each bottle (4 times a day)
