Do they have things for them to do, or is that up to the individual parent? That's a lot of kids!
There were tons of kids on my train today, I was wondering if that's what it was for.
No one here has kids, except for the boss who is on vacation, and 2 woman who work from home, so everyday is bring your your kids to work day!

i'm the ONLY parent who brought in a kid, today.
he's sitting at the desk next to mine. my supervisor and hr left me a note that they have something planned for him for a little later this morning.
the best part of it all is that i get to have lunch with my son today!!!

I wish we had some kids here. Everyone I work with is in their early 50's - 60's. I used to love seeing the kids at my old job; I'd give them stuff to do then submit a fake independent contractor invoice to HR, then HR would give them like $5.

Seeing all the kids at work today brought back memories. I was in their place (literally) 15 years ago. My dad and I work in the same company. I totally felt old. Oh and the sad part, some people I interact with knew me as that little kid walking around!

my sister (she's a teacher) brought my nephew to work b/c my brother is a cop and was not allowed to for obvious reasons! but my nephew had a nice time at school w/ my sister.

My students are ALWAYS in school. They are NEVER absent. Id be shocked if their parents took them to work.

One of my coworkers brought his three girls in today...honestly, I hardly even noticed them. They asked me a question or two throughout the day, but that was abiut it.
i think it's a really good thing for kids to see what their parents do.

We had a huge turnout (over 90 kids), tons of activities, Officer McGruff came, etc. I was on the committee too. We're all completely wiped out but well worth it!
