Bring your kids to work day?
Is it today?
The office is quiet here b/c there's a meeting in the city. There's a few pple and some guy has 2 of his kids.
I didn't even know. No offense to Mason, but he's better off at daycare. No way I could get work done, play on LIF  and chase a toddler.

It's the official one - our office is doing it next week though (and there is an age limit - it's 8 and up).

Yup, there's more kids in the office then I thought and they're all sitting in the manager's office drinking hot coco.
Cute, but no way would I be watching Mason right now. These kids are a bit older (although I hear some whining)

Our office did it last week and it was 9 and up I think.

Our office said no, but I see kids here today.
I could never bring DS he would cry the whole time he is here.

We are SWARMED with children today! Our policy is 8-12 year olds and there are organized activities for them all day long. So cute!

Us too. One of the HR guys said that he was on babysitting duty today. He was less than thrilled about organizing the activities.

I can't imagine doing it with a kid under 7, I was that old when my dad took me. I was put to work counting paper clips, I think I counted something like 1500. Then they showed me a scale and showed me how they estimate. Very cool, I always remember it. It really made me appreciate of math. The next year it was screws and bolts, and the next I was assembling literature in envelopes. Child labor at its finest
I got summer job there doing data entry there. Went to collegeand after trying to major in everything from psych to bio to art, I decided to try computer science, and working now on my phd.

Oh really..I had no Idea..I would have loved to have my DD with me today, I work in an office all by myself so I would have loved a little company!!
