Britax Pinnacle vs. Frontier?
Anyone have either of these seats? Currently researching them and I've come across several reviews where people say that they have a lot of difficulty properly fitting the harness straps (mainly pulling the strap to tighten it) on the child once they are sitting in the seat. Has anyone experienced this? If not, are you happy with the seat? I'm looking forward to the Click Tight install!

Re: Britax Pinnacle vs. Frontier?
I have an old frontier... actually a bunch of them (in different cars) because I liked them, found a decent sale once and they’ve been good for 4-5 years now.
My sister has the pinnacle. It’s newer and far more padded. She likes it but says it’s huge.
No problem adjusting the harness... it’s not super easy but not that hard. Honestly, with older kids who put on their seatbelts, I make it tight and then don’t really mess with it much. The shoulder straps turn easily and that may make it harder to tighten... but that’s about it. It’s harder than an infant seat, but I also have an evenflo and that was harder.
It’s a good seat, very wide, very very heavy. So not great if you have to lug it around and switch it in and out a bunch. Not great if you need to stick three of them side by side... but doesn’t sound like you are there. My middle child complains about the padding (it’s not soft enough) and causes her legs to go numb after a long trip without moving (2-3 hours). The other two don’t mind it. It’s a good seat from 2 years old to so far 8 years old. It’s out lasted my less used Marathon.
The install is not hard, but I have the older version without the click install and it wasn’t that bad either... you just need to adjust twice vs once after you click in latch.
