Britney Allowed Visits with Children 'Very Soon'

Britney Spears will be allowed to visit her children "soon, very soon," after lawyers hammered out a structured visitation arrangement, Kevin Federline's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan tells PEOPLE.

Kaplan confirmed Friday that he and his partner Jim Simon spent two days working with Spears's legal team. Under the terms of the agreement, details of which Kaplan would not disclose, Jayden, 1, and Preston, 2, will once again enjoy "participation of their mother in their lives," Kaplan says.

"We're pleased that ... the process of reinstating the children's mother as a participant in their lives can commence," said Kaplan.

Spears, 26, has not seen her boys since her Jan. 3 custody stand-off with police, leading to her first forced hospitalization in a psych ward.

I am glad she will see them.

It's totally unfair that a mom (even with her problems!!!) is denied visitation from her children.

I would go nuts myself.

I think she shoud be allowed to seem them too (supervised), but it seems like every time she gets the chance to see them, she does something to screw it up.

I'm torn because yes she is their mom and they need her, but really what good is she to them right now? I don't know IMHO she needs to be admitted to a psy ward/intensive therapy for ATLEAST a 30 days if not longer, let the meds kick in and THEN let her see her kids. In this state seeing them and then having to leave might push her over the edge.

I'm torn because yes she is their mom and they need her, but really what good is she to them right now? I don't know IMHO she needs to be admitted to a psy ward/intensive therapy for ATLEAST a 30 days if not longer, let the meds kick in and THEN let her see her kids. In this state seeing them and then having to leave might push her over the edge.

I agree. And if she's pushed over the edge, the boys DON'T need to witness that again.
