Her boobs look gross, weird actually. I think it's sorta creepy that she's dresses sexy for the teen choice awards. She's not a kid anymore.

Yeah I agree.
Although I do like her hair and make up, I just don't get this dress for this occasion.

Agree with everyone. Her boobs are a HOT MESS. Put those things away and if you can't, go get them fixed first.

Love her! She's been through a lot & has overcame it as far as it looks. Her eyes may look blank b/c she is on meds for mental illness. I think she looks amazing & her hair does make her look like a magical unicorn! Agree with pp, hair is beautiful on her, I would never do it though!

i wish i could rock that hair. i'm just too old for it.
i think she looks good, overall. but it looks like she's already having upper lip work done. the area between her nose and upper lip looks like that of a much older woman who is getting work done to hide her age. i hope i described that correctly.
