Broccoli Slaw?
I always see this in the grocery store and wonder how to prepare it. As a result, I never buy it. I typed "broccoli slaw recipe" into Google and got mostly cold summer side dishes. Anyone have any good hot broccoli slaw side dish recipes? Thanks!

Broccoli Slaw?
2 bags slaw, 1/2 cup scallion greens, 3 packs Oriental Ramen Noodle (Ive only found that variety once so I just substitute with shrimp flavor- crush pack of noodles well before opening the bag), 8 oz shell-less sunflower seeds, peanuts, or almonds (I do half peanut/sunflower), 1/3 cup EVOO, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar & 1/3 cup sugar.
In small bowl, mix seasoning packets from ramen, oil, vinegar & sugar. In a large bowl, mix slaw, scallions and seeds. Then pour in the liquid mixture and mix well. Once ready to serve, mix in the crushed ramen noodles.
This is seriously amazing, everyone begs me to make it for parties. It's usually the first thing to go :)

I make a Chinese Chicken Salad with it, so good!!

mandarin oranges
water chestnuts
cubed chicken
sesame ginger dressing

I recently saw on pinterest a recipe where you sauté it in a little EVOO and then add a light sauce, for a healthy pasta substitution.
It was actually really good and super nutritious.
I buy this a lot in the summer and get tired of eating it as a cold salad, too.

I never thought to make it in a hot dish
I make the ramen noodle broccoli slaw salad ALL THE TIME and it is always a big hit!
Besides that - I sprinkle it on my salad!
I will be interested in what others suggest!
