i always use this one. easy breezy.. and everyone seems to like it!
you could shred your own but i use:
1 bag of shredded coleslaw blend mix
1 cup of mayo
2 Tbsp of vinegar
1 tsp of sugar
salt and pepper

I think a regular/classic/traditional coleslaw would be best for pulled pork.
