bronchitis

anyone have this when pregnant. I'm almost positive I have it, can't breathe, chest pain, horrible cough....I've been resting all day but actually feel worse, I have not called doc becasue I slept all day but not sure if I should tomorrow, not sure what they'll give me, if anything...it's bad thoguh and I feel awful and have trouble breathing,,,any suggestions?

Definitely call your dr- you don't want it to turn into something really bad. There are numerous antibiotics that are safe during pregnancy. Feel better.

Call the dr. It could turn into pnemonia.

But I have this all the time and one thing they always tell me to do it steam baths. Boil some water on the stove in a pot. Then put your head over the water with a towel over your head and breath in the steam. Just don't burn yourself.
That helps me a lot. Or just get the bathroom really really steamy by turning on the hot shower and sit in the room for like 10 minutes. That is what my dr used to tell my mom to do for me when I was a kid.
