BRU actually replaced my City Mini!!!
I had posted on Sunday, that my City Mini's front wheel broke, and I thought I may need to contact the manufacturer...
BUT...I was going to BRU, anyway, and left in my truck. I explained to the woman at the customer service desk that I had just bought it in April, and she said that it was over the 90 day return policy, but that I could go get it from my truck, and she would just swap it out!!!!
I could NOT believe how easy it was!!!
Just thought I would let you ladies know, as I know they have a bad rep on here for their return policies.

Just thought I would let you ladies know, as I know they have a bad rep on here for their return policies.
Which BRU was it? They definitely have a bad rep with me -- but this story gives me hope!

That is great to hear! Esp because that is my BRU too!   If you ever need any replacement parts, def call Baby Jogger- their customer service is fantastic! I had a warped wheel on my City Classic Double (that DH said I created since I took it for a stroll without filling the tires) and they overnighted me a brand new wheel!! Free of charge! I love Baby Jogger! Great company and great strollers.
