BRU College Point was a madhouse today!!!
I went to return some items without a receipt thinking I was going to get store credit......nope...
Apparently they instituted a new policy where you can only exchange for items of equal value..no more store credit....
they will not take back any non BPA free bottles....
technically they can't change their policy without posting in their store and on the receipt but I was in no mood to argue I was waiting on line for a good 30 minutes!!!!
I hope they lose business...Its def. BBB for me from now on!!!!!

When we registered at BRU yesterday, we were told that that policy doesn't start until August  Either way, it's a royal pain in the a**! I know you didn't want to deal with it in the store, but you may want to give a call to corporate to see if they can straighten it out for you.

I went to that store last week and it was a disaster. I'd never shop there again. They were very low in stock. Westbury isn't much better. Commack was the "nicest" one that I visited.

I'm not a big fan of BRU either. They make a load of money off baby registry items because many parents register there... What's the incentive to be competitve with their pricing and offer quality customer service when you're dong so well? :P

ridiculous!.....i told dh we have to go there ASAP bc of the new return policy and since i just had the shower today and got some doubles i wanted to make sure i could get stuff we needed in replacement .....btw the reason for the doubles, they didnt register when certain items were purchased BRU definitely pissssed me off during this process BUT i did like their stuff so there wasnt much else i could do

I was just in the Sayville one tonight and they were taking back bottles to exchange for BPA free ones.
Their return policy has $ucked for the last year and it just keeps getting worse
