BRU gift manager?
Got a gift in the mail recently from my registry with no name (at least I didn't see one), so I went onto the gift manager on the registry. The item was checked off of my registry, but it didn't show up on the gift manager. Does it normally take awhile to show up?

BRU gift manager?
It never showed up for me - but my registry was with BBB. I had to call BBB customer service and they told me who purchased the gift.

BRU gift manager?
BRU was terrible with everything about my registry. I blasted them on Facebook and they helped a little. I got so many multiples and then they weren't even taken off my registry so I wasn't going to get the cash back percentage for those at the event close date. Now I try to avoid everything about the store.

that's part of the worry (the cash back). The item is marked as purchased, but it is not in the gift manager section. I wonder if that will affect the cash back?

If you write on their fb wall about it that's the best way to get help. If you ask they'll probably respond.

I had no idea you can see who bought your gifts on the registry! This is great! I got a gift left on my desk from one of my coworkers with no card and now I know who it was from!
