BRU rave

I had a great experience at BRU last night and wanted to share since it seems people have been having bad luck there.

Back in early August DH and I went to BRU to order our furniture because we had some 20% off coupons. The furniture was on back order, so they put us on a waitlist and noted that we had 2-20% off coupons that we could use when the furniture did come in. So yesterday we got the call that the furniture was available.

I met my Mom at the store last night and it was a mad house, they seemed to be doing a complete re-stock/inventory type of thing. All of the associates we really busy and we ended up having to wait about 15 minutes before someone could help us. Not awful, but definitely longer than you'd prefer to wait. We had to see a manger because of the expired coupons (she had to do a special transaction). She was very apologetic that we had to wait (although we weren't upset, we could see they were busy) and gave us an additional 20% off the furniture and mattress for our trouble! Mom was psyched since she was getting it for us as a gift

We left very happy

se I have the opposite feeling towards them...they have had our ottoman for our glider that we bought on back order for two months now and cannot tell me when it will be in!!
