BRU registry return rave
Just a little bit of alliteration there! Ok I will stop.
Anyway, we got a bunch of duplicates from the shower. I went today to return them. It was so easy to return items. I gave the cashier my registry number and she scanned all of the items I was returning and gave me the store credit. It was super easy. I had all of the gift receipts and was ready to hand them over but she said I didn't need them.
Just wanted to share. I didn't find BRU as bad as others had made it out to be.

Glad to hear this. I was worried the way everyone was saying that BRU was horrible for returns, since I really don't like BBB.

That is great, glad that worked out good for you...the thing is that you have to return your items w/in 90 days of purchase to get the credit...after the 90 days you can't return...

I totally understand that part of the policy. In all honesty, I don't know why anyone would hold on to duplicate items for 3 months. I had my shower on Saturday and wanted the items out of my house as soon as possible and get some other needed items.

Thanks for sharing this! When I registered on Monday I asked them specifically about this & they said as long as it was on your registry, you did not need the gift receipt & they would give you a store credit!
So glad to hear they stuck by their word
